EVERBOOK

For wedding stationery studios

Stationery software priced by the suite.

Suites priced from paper and print. Design consultations in the pipeline. The guest list you print from is the live one.

What breaks

You are printing from February.

The guest list you addressed envelopes from is a spreadsheet somebody exported in February. The count changes. The seating chart changes. The signage you print is one revision behind the wedding.

Built for stationery studios

From the first conversation to the wedding day.

01

The same guest list as the seating chart

Households and table assignments live on the event record. Place cards and signage come off the current version, every time.

02

Suites priced from components

A suite is the unit you sell. Everbook prices per suite and builds the cost from the paper and print inside it.

03

The two dates that govern a print run

Proof approved, and the date seating locks. Both are fields in your Paper & Signage section. Quantity comes off households, not guests.

04

One shared event record

The guest list, the households, and the table assignments on one event. Signage prints from the live seating chart, not a February export.

How it works

From inquiry to final payment.

  1. 01

    An inquiry arrives

Your inquiry form feeds your pipeline. Everbook drafts the reply. You review it and send.

  2. 02

    They book a design consultation

Clients pick a time on your booking page. It lands on your calendar with the lead attached.

  3. 03

    You send a priced proposal

Everbook drafts it from your Paper & Signage. You adjust it and send. Clients view and accept it online.

  4. 04

    They sign and pay

Contracts, signatures, and deposits are built in. No second tool.

  5. 05

    The event builds itself

A booked proposal becomes an event record with its own Paper & Signage section. Change a detail once. Everything that uses it updates.

  6. 06

    You get paid

Invoices and payments stay on the same record, through the final balance.

What changes

Less reconstruction. More control.

Everbook is not another task list. It is the operating system for wedding professionals, organized around the event you sell and deliver. Ask Oracle, the built-in analyst, where leads stall or which events need attention. It answers from your data, with numbers.

  • Signage printed off the live seating chart
  • Suites priced from paper and print, not memory
  • Proofs and payments on one record

Common questions

What stationery studios ask us.

Can we work from the couple's guest list?

Yes. The guest list is imported onto the event and the seating chart is built from it. You and the planner read one list.

Is there a proof version log?

Not yet. Proof approved and the seating lock date are on the record today. Version-by-version proof history and paper stock inventory are on the roadmap.

Can we bring what we already have?

Yes. Export from your current tools, spreadsheets included. We map the data and load it. Before you commit, we show you exactly what did not come across. Migration is included.
