EVERBOOK

For wedding officiants

Officiant software with nothing you do not need.

Ceremony packages, a contract, and a ceremony time that comes from the wedding. Not from a text the week before.

What breaks

Software built for warehouses.

Every tool in this industry is built for someone with a warehouse or a kitchen. You need a calendar, a contract, a couple who can reach you, and the ceremony start time. Until now, the only place to put those was a venue product with the lights off.

Built for officiants

From the first conversation to the wedding day.

01

Ceremony packages, priced flat

A catalog of ceremony packages. Nothing asks you for a bill of materials or a bookings-per-day figure. Neither constrains you.

02

Contracts and signing built in

Send a contract, take a signature, and hold it against the event. No second product for e-signing.

03

Ceremony and rehearsal on the timeline

Both sit on the shared run of show. A moved ceremony reaches you at the same moment it reaches the venue.

04

One shared event record

The ceremony time, the rehearsal, readings, and who stands up with them, on one event. Marriage licence received is a required field, because it is the one thing that voids the day. You are never asked about tabletop, seating, or head count.

How it works

From inquiry to final payment.

  1. 01

    An inquiry arrives

Your inquiry form feeds your pipeline. Everbook drafts the reply. You review it and send.

  2. 02

    They book a consultation

Clients pick a time on your booking page. It lands on your calendar with the lead attached.

  3. 03

    You send a priced proposal

Everbook drafts it from your Ceremony Packages. You adjust it and send. Clients view and accept it online.

  4. 04

    They sign and pay

Contracts, signatures, and deposits are built in. No second tool.

  5. 05

    The event builds itself

A booked proposal becomes an event record with its own Ceremony section. Change a detail once. Everything that uses it updates.

  6. 06

    You get paid

Invoices and payments stay on the same record, through the final balance.

What changes

Less reconstruction. More control.

Everbook is not another task list. It is the operating system for wedding professionals, organized around the event you sell and deliver. Ask Oracle, the built-in analyst, where leads stall or which events need attention. It answers from your data, with numbers.

  • A ceremony time from the live timeline
  • Contract and signature on the event record
  • A setup that does not pretend you run a warehouse

Common questions

What officiants ask us.

Is this too much software for a solo officiant?

No. The modules you do not turn on do not appear. A flat-rate officiant sees a calendar, a catalog, proposals, contracts, and payments.

Is there a ceremony script library?

Scripts live as documents on the event today. Your Ceremony section holds readings, unity ritual, pronunciation notes, and rehearsal. A reusable script library is on the roadmap.

Can we bring what we already have?

Yes. Export from your current tools, spreadsheets included. We map the data and load it. Before you commit, we show you exactly what did not come across. Migration is included.
