EVERBOOK

For wedding bakeries

Bakery software that costs the cake.

Cakes and desserts priced from their components. Tastings in the pipeline. A delivery window the venue has agreed to.

What breaks

Quoted from experience. Costed never.

A wedding cake is quoted from experience and costed never. The tasting, the design, the final count, and the delivery slot live in four places. The florist who dresses the cake finds out on the day.

Built for bakery teams

From the first conversation to the wedding day.

01

Cakes priced from components

Price per cake, built from what goes into it. Not a round number from memory.

02

Record the tasting, apply the changes

Record the tasting. Everbook writes the notes and lists every change the client asked for. Apply each one to the proposal with one click.

03

Delivery on the shared timeline

Your delivery window sits on the run of show, next to the meal service and the florist who dresses the table.

04

One shared event record

Guest count, the cake table, and your delivery window on the same timeline as the meal service. You are never asked about the seating chart.

How it works

From inquiry to final payment.

  1. 01

    An inquiry arrives

Your inquiry form feeds your pipeline. Everbook drafts the reply. You review it and send.

  2. 02

    They book a tasting

Clients pick a time on your booking page. It lands on your calendar with the lead attached.

  3. 03

    You send a priced proposal

Everbook drafts it from your Cakes & Desserts. You adjust it and send. Clients view and accept it online.

  4. 04

    They sign and pay

Contracts, signatures, and deposits are built in. No second tool.

  5. 05

    The event builds itself

A booked proposal becomes an event record with its own Cake & Desserts section. Change a detail once. Everything that uses it updates.

  6. 06

    You get paid

Invoices and payments stay on the same record, through the final balance.

What changes

Less reconstruction. More control.

Everbook is not another task list. It is the operating system for wedding professionals, organized around the event you sell and deliver. Ask Oracle, the built-in analyst, where leads stall or which events need attention. It answers from your data, with numbers.

  • A costed price instead of a remembered one
  • Delivery windows agreed in advance
  • Tasting notes on the same record as the order

Common questions

What bakery teams ask us.

Is there an allergen matrix?

Allergen notes are a required field in your Cake & Desserts section. Catering can see them, because they field the question on the night. A per-tier allergen matrix is on the roadmap.

We hand off to the florist for dressing the cake. Does that work?

Yes. Both of you are on the same event with your own sections. The handoff is a shared timeline entry, not an email.

Can we bring what we already have?

Yes. Export from your current tools, spreadsheets included. We map the data and load it. Before you commit, we show you exactly what did not come across. Migration is included.
