EVERBOOK

For wedding bands

Band software built around the run of show.

Set times, load-in, and who is playing, on the same timeline as the venue and the photographer. Not in a rider nobody reopened.

What breaks

The most moving parts. The least visibility.

A band has more moving parts than any vendor on the floor, and less visibility than all of them. Load-in windows, sound checks around a ceremony, and lineup changes all live in email. One person remembers them.

Built for live music teams

From the first conversation to the wedding day.

01

The lineup on the event team

Musicians are roles on the event roster, each with a call time. A sub is a change to the record, not a phone tree.

02

Load-in and sound check on the timeline

Your windows sit on the same run of show as the ceremony and the meal, and move when it does.

03

A Performance section of your own

Set times, lineup size, load-in, sound check, stage and power, first dance, do-not-play, and who handles MC. Real fields on the event order.

04

One shared event record

Load-in, sound check, set times, and the stage location on the same run of show as the ceremony and the meal.

How it works

From inquiry to final payment.

  1. 01

    An inquiry arrives

Your inquiry form feeds your pipeline. Everbook drafts the reply. You review it and send.

  2. 02

    They book a consultation

Clients pick a time on your booking page. It lands on your calendar with the lead attached.

  3. 03

    You send a priced proposal

Everbook drafts it from your Packages & Add-ons. You adjust it and send. Clients view and accept it online.

  4. 04

    They sign and pay

Contracts, signatures, and deposits are built in. No second tool.

  5. 05

    The event builds itself

A booked proposal becomes an event record with its own Performance section. Change a detail once. Everything that uses it updates.

  6. 06

    You get paid

Invoices and payments stay on the same record, through the final balance.

What changes

Less reconstruction. More control.

Everbook is not another task list. It is the operating system for wedding professionals, organized around the event you sell and deliver. Ask Oracle, the built-in analyst, where leads stall or which events need attention. It answers from your data, with numbers.

  • Set times follow the real day
  • A lineup on the record, not in one inbox
  • Load-in agreed with the venue in writing

Common questions

What live music teams ask us.

Can we run both a band and a DJ package?

Yes. Modules are additive. Turn on what you sell and the catalog and the event order grow to match.

Is there a band-specific worksheet?

Not yet. Booked gigs live on the shared events surface today. A dedicated worksheet and per-musician payout splits are on the roadmap.

Can we bring what we already have?

Yes. Export from your current tools, spreadsheets included. We map the data and load it. Before you commit, we show you exactly what did not come across. Migration is included.
