The Planner CRM: a full walkthrough

product supportfor wedding plannersAugust 29, 202609:24 watch

This is the whole planner side of Everbook, start to finish, as it looks the day your account is created. One idea carries the rest: Clients is the relationship, Events is the production. A couple arrives under Clients. Once they book, the wedding is produced under Events. Everything else in the workspace exists to help you work those two records.

This walkthrough has no audio. Follow the numbered steps below.

In this video

  • Read the eight tabs at a glance, and use search when you cannot place something.
  • Tell Clients from Events, and know when to use New client, New occasion, or New event.
  • Start the day on the Dashboard and work down Needs you instead of checking tabs one by one.
  • Move an event through Proposal, Booked, Production, Day of, and Closeout.
  • Fill in the Wedding Plan: run of show, vendor coordination, budget, and checklist.
  • Handle Messages, Partners, and Money without sending anything you did not mean to.
