The Planner CRM: a deep dive

product supportfor wedding plannersSeptember 4, 202613:18 watch

The walkthrough shows you the shape of the workspace. This one slows down and opens things. It reads the dashboard rail as a to-do list, goes through the tabs one at a time, and then spends most of its length inside a single booked event: the five stages, the vendor list, the money, and every area of the Event Details Sheet down to what each vendor is allowed to see. It also answers the question the first video does not, which is what to do with a wedding that is already half planned somewhere else.

This walkthrough has no audio. Follow the numbered steps below.

In this video

  • Read every tab in the sidebar and know which four you will use most days.
  • Add a client whose event is already booked, without pretending they are a new inquiry.
  • Work an event through Proposal, Booked, Production, Day of, and Closeout.
  • Start the Event Details Sheet early on an event you are picking up mid flight.
  • Fill in the sheet area by area, and set what each vendor sees in their own portal.
  • Build the day-of timeline from the ceremony time, then take it through review and signing.
