This is signup as a new account sees it, recorded straight through as a venue. Everbook rebuilds itself around the first answer you give it, so the walkthrough slows down at the few questions that are awkward to change later and moves quickly through everything you can fix in Settings afterwards. It ends where your workspace opens, on the plan screen.

- Create your account, then pick your trade, the one answer that reshapes the whole workspace.
- Give the scan your web address, not your street address, and correct what it reads back.
- Tick only the services your own team runs, and leave the rest for Settings.
- Set your event types and pricing model, and slow down on the sales tax field.
- Read your recap, invite your team by role, or skip the invites and come back later.
- Fill in as much of the business profile as you want, then choose a plan on volume.
